Casa de Santo Domingo
More than 30 years of experience in the Dominican Republic.
Casa de Santo Domingo is a private asset management firm with over three decades of experience in the Dominican Republic. Since its beginnings, it has focused on disciplined management, strategic vision, and innovation as drivers to transform key sectors of the economy.
With over USD 500 million in assets under management, the firm has consolidated its presence in food and restaurants, logistics, real estate, and mobility. Its purpose transcends financial profitability, as it promotes projects that foster sustainable growth, strengthen business resilience, and generate lasting value for society.
History and legacy
The history of Casa de Santo Domingo is also the history of a country in transformation. The company was born at a time when the Dominican Republic sought to open up to the world, modernize its productive sectors, and attract foreign investment.
For more than three decades, Casa de Santo Domingo has been a protagonist in that process. Its journey began in 1993 with the introduction of the franchise Domino's Pizza, a pioneer in home delivery service in the country. Over time, it expanded its reach through alliances with global brands such as Starbucks and P.F. Chang's, which brought to the island not only quality products but also new consumption experiences and a service culture.
At the same time, the company recognized that economic development required robust logistics infrastructure and modern mobility solutions. In response, it participated in the creation and growth of companies such as Nostrale, specialized in supply chain, and KM100 Fleet, a leader in vehicle fleet management in the Caribbean.
Subsequently, Casa de Santo Domingo ventured into the real estate sector, consolidating a comprehensive vision that encompasses everything from innovative residential and commercial projects to strategically located logistics parks. Each stage of its evolution reflects a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and the future of the Dominican Republic.
Commitment to the community and sustainability
Casa de Santo Domingo aims not only to create infrastructure in each of its projects but also to generate a positive impact on people's lives. The firm focuses on sustainability, job creation, the development of local talent, and a development vision aligned with global challenges.
Look towards the future
The future of Casa de Santo Domingo is marked by expansion, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. The company will continue to build on its legacy, exploring new opportunities in the region and leading projects that reflect the best version of what the Dominican Republic and the organization can offer.
Its purpose is clear: to be catalysts for sustainable growth in the Dominican Republic and in Latin America, leaving a positive footprint that transcends to future generations.
